Whistleblowing
Internal or external whistleblowers for behavior, criminal offenses and ethical violations harmful to the company or its employees (eg violations of the law, bullying, bribery, theft, cyber crime) are promoted and not punished.
Please report any incidents to your supervisor or Business Partner at Opexa immediately and in as much detail as possible.
If you are concerned that this person may be involved in the harmful behavior or that the report has negative consequences for you, we have set up an anonymous reporting channel, please contact us immediately by e-mail at the slightest hint, sign or concern.
The message can also be made anonymously from an unknown client. It is important for us to be able to act in reasonable time to avert damage to the company, employees, the environment or third parties.
The report goes directly to the management, we follow up every hint and treat the matter confidentially and responsibly!
